So, Androids get rebuilt correctly. However I don't see why they have to have a chance of not being rebuilt on their first death, They've hardly done anything for the Android Ship, so what I'm thinking is, Androids have a unique variable called DeathCount. It could either be viewable by the droid or not. First time they die? They have a 100% chance of being rebuilt. After this, 5 is added to their death counter, bringing down their chance of being rebuilt to 95%, each successful rebuild would lower the android's chance of being rebuilt, giving them atleast ONE chance of actually being able to make a comeback.


(i am totally not suggesting this because my last android that i decided to play as got killed and died for good on the first death. nope no way.)

The Android Ship doesn't care if you didn't do anything for it before dying. It only cares if your worth the parts.

Intresting idea, it would not be hard to code such a thing as you said its simply the addition of a variable which influences the android death formula. Of course if we do this ppl will probably want something given to the other races too. For now I personally will put a pin in this while Promo and I work on whats getting added and whats going away.
